Iron sharpens Iron.
IRONSTRIKEAI

Forward-deployed AI software.

I go where the work happens, sit with the people who own the mess, and ship the tool that clears it. Fast.

How I work

No tickets. No PMs. No quarter-long roadmap.

01

Fast

Days, not quarters. I write and ship code with today's best AI engines directing every line, so a working tool lands while a normal build is still writing tickets.

02

Direct

You talk to the person building it. No account manager, no PM relay, no ticket queue sitting between your problem and the fix.

03

Deployed

I come to your workflow. The tool lives where the work already happens, not in a separate app nobody ends up opening.

Work

Shipped, not slideware.

Five builds. Two are public products you can open right now, two run daily inside businesses that hired me, and one is under wraps.

Semiconductors and AI hardware
Wafergraph visit →

A live map of who depends on whom across the chip industry, built to be asked questions instead of read like a report.

  • 600+ companies with their suppliers, customers and deals wired together as one graph you can walk.
  • Pick any company and see what breaks downstream if it goes dark, before it does.
  • The same data answers questions in plain English through an AI assistant, no dashboard training required.

Who's Starting visit →

Who is starting at every position, for every college football team, answered in one tap on a Saturday.

  • Phone-first app that installs to a home screen straight from the web, with no app store in the way.
  • Real strangers find it through search and come back, which is the part of consumer software that is actually hard.
  • Designed for the only moment that counts: minutes before kickoff, on a phone, on bad wifi.
Live product Organic traffic
Industrial equipment rental
Field Ops

A rental operation was running a 24/7 fleet off a page and a half of handwritten notes. It now runs on a tool built for that exact job.

  • Photo of the notes on a Monday, working app in their hands the next day. In daily use ever since.
  • Reservations, availability and the day's activity on one screen the whole desk trusts.
  • Works on the phone in the truck and the browser at the desk, same data, nothing to sync or reconcile.
Client tool In daily use
Field services contractor
Field Log

Crews filled out paper day sheets, emailed them in, and one person retyped roughly 700 cells a week into a master spreadsheet by hand.

  • Crews now file the day from the field, with photos, timestamps and location attached to each entry.
  • Submitting locks the record, so a day cannot be quietly rewritten weeks later when someone disputes it.
  • The office master builds itself as the entries land, and exports in the format the back office already uses.

Sous

Selected into a closed developer beta, under a confidentiality agreement, so what follows is all I can say about it.

  • Sous answers the question people actually have at six o'clock: what should I eat tonight.
  • It makes one pick and tells you why, because a list you have to scroll is the problem, not the answer.
  • The product is the time back. Deciding what to eat should take seconds, not the length of the meal.

About Ironstrike

Ironstrike AI is an AI software studio. I build custom tools for businesses that have a specific, expensive mess and no appetite for a six month enterprise project.

No account manager. No discovery phase that bills for itself. No ticket queue sitting between you and the fix. You talk to the person writing the code, and the tool lands where the work already happens instead of in a separate app nobody ends up opening.

Days, not quarters. Then I keep sharpening it while you use it.

Founder

Jason Palmer

I spent my career in finance and real estate operations, most of it as the person who built the analytics everyone else ran on. I passed the Series 65. I've handled around 150 properties across my career.

Before that I taught. I ran a 14 month markets course that took 750+ students through equities, options, futures, derivatives and risk management, published 365+ hours of video, and built an audience of 50,000 without spending a dollar on ads.

The pattern took me a while to see. In every job I've had, the part I loved was building the tool that cleared the mess, not administering the mess. So I started Ironstrike. Today I build for paying clients in industries most software ignores, and I ship products of my own: Wafergraph, a supply chain map of the semiconductor industry, and Who's Starting.
